We aim to keep things as transparent as possible so as to exclude any hidden extras. At your first meeting with our solicitor, you will be advised in relation to the fees and funding. You will be explained how we calculate our charges. We will give you a detailed breakdown of the estimated total costs as much as practicable. This will include explanation regarding disbursements as of barrister’s fees, court fees or any coating of external resource relevant to your matter. Please note that VAT is payable on our invoices.
