We have a fair and reasonable pricing policy

We aim to keep things as transparent as possible so as to exclude any hidden extras. At your first meeting with our solicitor, you will be advised in relation to the fees and funding. You will be explained how we calculate our charges. We will give you a detailed breakdown of the estimated total costs as much as practicable. This will include explanation regarding disbursements as of barrister’s fees, court fees or any coating of external resource relevant to your matter. Please note that VAT is payable on our invoices. Advocacy & Disbursements

Fee per Hearing (including travel time / expenses): A Counsel can be instructed upon request. Counsel’s fees would then need to be negotiated on an individual basis. Certain complex cases fees will vary, depending on complexity: Hourly Rates
VAT: All fees are exclusive of VAT which is applied at the current rate of 20% (totals shown above)
Disbursements: Will need to be paid for separately in addition to the fees for our services. Examples of disbursements include home office/Visa application fees, court application fees, postage, interpreting/translation services, medical reports fees, expert report fees, travel mileage/travel expenses etc. This is not an exhaustive list and is given purely as a guide.
